Accessible from: Tully Falls Road. This track takes
you through notophyll rainforest, some of characteristics
of this forest type include; medium size leaves, a canopy
height ranging from 12m to 45m, strangler figs, palm lianes
and epiphytes.The walk leads to Walter's waterhole, a beauty
spot” nominated by the Queensland Forest Service prior
to 1969 for preservation. Visitors will need to walk back
along Tully Falls Road for 1.4km to return to this point.
